DMCI Homes recently signed a joint venture agreement with agricultural-industrial conglomerate ANFLO Management and Investment Corporation (ANFLOCOR) for a multi-million peso deal for the construction of a 21-story residential development along E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue corner Tomas Morato in Quezon City.
This will be another resort-inspired residential village for urban young families.
